Hi, anyone know about cool teams at B4 or consulting firms that are making big strides in the „ethical culture“ space?

When you realize how much easier big 4 is than practicing law and wonder why you didn't make the switch sooner...

Upvote if you question how the hell you ended up as an auditor for the Big 4 and whether it was the right move. If you could go back, what would you pursue instead.

Does EY advisory promote based on tenure just like all the big 4 audit practices? As in, you're a senior consultant for 3 years and then as long as you've been performing well you make manager.
