I feel like you should consult a real doctor rather than taking advices from social media. Im not saying that you won't find helpful tips here but no one would really take responsibility for the advice they give here. Probably use this for brainstorming & emotional support only.
Best of Luck.
Hi. Ur Radiologist sees a lesion consistent with a trigeminal schwannoma. Generally 5% of schwannnomas are malignant, but trigeminal lesions tend to happen less from my understanding. You should follow up with a neurosurgeon (not a neurologist but a surgeon) shortly. They are the experts and can give you a more responsible opinion.
My SO who is a 4th year medical student said this ^^ I wish you luck
I’m not a doctor but the screenshot is too fuzzy for me to read. Best of luck!

IANAD but isn’t this just benign positional vertigo?
I agree that it sounds like vertigo. My husband had it so bad once that he thought it was a stomach bug - couldn’t keep anything down for days. He literally couldn’t even make it to the bathroom. Physical therapy helped a lot. He is prone to it now for some reason. It can recur unexpectedly. Not life threatening, but scary and miserable.
It sounds like a positional vertigo. Does he feel like the floor and ceiling are spinning and he can’t stand still because of that? The doctor at ear eye and throat can easily treat it with epley maneuver if this is what he has. Good luck
Yes kinda similar symptoms
