Am I making enough profit for my firm?

I became a 2 year lawyer in September. I started working at my firm, a mid-sized firm practicing commercial business litigation and PI, in March of 2020. Last year I made the firm $180k from my billable hours and I was paid $85k + full health and other benefits.

This year, I'm on track to make about $150k and to make the firm about $450k from my billable hours and PI cases that I originated and settled.

Trying to do right for my firm. I'm treated well.

CCTC - 15.75 (Fixed - 13)

I think now resign papers will start falling. Most hard working ppl who joined 8-10 months back have also got progressing rating justified as full year not completed.

I've got a consultant role (rank 42) in GDS DnA team. Any reviews? I've heard they have some client interview post joining, is it true? Also, when would I get the laptop - before joining or on the day of joining? And do they offer any sort of welcome kit or any reimbursements for any tech purchases?

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
