I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

Need to know more. Age, targeted retirement age, any other investment accounts (taxable or not), etc.
At your age it won't matter much. Bond yields are next to nothing so it's a good risk/reward to move out of them. Even if the market corrects 30%, you have plenty of time to recover.
Keep it simple.
Look into a 3 fund portfolio (SP500/Total Stock Market Index, International, Bonds) or if you’re really young and aggressive throw it into FXAIX.
Imo you went a little overboard. If you really just want to be lazy, throw it into a Target Date Fund with your anticipated retirement year
Less than 0.1% is the MAX.
Mine are all like 0.05%-0.03% for a Total Stock Market Index Fund/SP500, but I think 1 Target Date Fund I’m kinda forced to partake in by my employer is like 0.09%.
