As we know in accounting profession our employers expect us to reach office on time and go back 2-3 hours late due to business nature, total working hours is 9hr and expecting to work additional 2-3 hours and salary is also less. During interview they asked me about this.
What's your opinion should we compromise our personal life for this extra hours?

I’ve had issues since high school, but just formally got diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve always managed to get by okay at work (I’m no super star), but remote meetings have been really difficult for me and I now feel like I’m barely hanging on. Trying meds now, but no benefits yet. Pros and Cons of disclosing the diagnosis to my team, partner, or firm? I’m torn.

Anyone here who considered/worked in consulting (MBB/T2) before law school? What was the reason you decided to commit to the law route given fairly similar pay yet arguably better WLB, exit ops, and more stimulating work?

As a junior I’m not making crazy money and could probably pick up a nannying gig and make the same. Is it crazy for me to take some time to figure out my real goals and do something that doesn’t make me so miserable in the meantime?
