Hi bowl, I'm not okay today. I woke up feeling off, then my project told us that my workstream is ending this coming Friday. I feel like an after thought, I feel so anxious and so tired. I know I should eat today but I just want to lay down in bed and disappear. I'm sorry for this post, I just needed to write this and cry as I do it.

There’s never a need to apologize for vocalizing your feelings. You are allowed to be upset and it’s okay that you are feeling anxious and sad. I know it is hard, I’m in a similar boat myself, but you deserve to rest and be nourished both metaphorically and physically. Treat yourself with kindness as much as you can, eat your favorite food that brings a smile to your face, and remind yourself that you are worthy of a happy and fulfilling life. No work should have this much power over an individual

Just an update, I cried for a little bit longer, then went for a walk and bought dinner to eat at my apartment. I'm now laying in bed, lit a candle and turned on netflix. Going to sleep early and just hope tomorrow is better

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
