A hiring manager from Intel visited me on LinkedIn and scheduled an interview. The rest is history. LinkedIn happens to be the best place for job change. Make sure your profile has all the skill set you hone.

I would have someone look over your resume/CV to make sure that's not the issue. Do you have a colleague who would be willing to give you feedback?

How many connections do you have on LinkedIn? Make sure you have some good ones.

Thanks Team, i have got my resume reviewed with some of the folks, its a 3 page document explaining everything on my work/skills and achievements Also my linkedin is active with about 300+ connections. But ya, i can add skills and keep it up to date. Thanks

Adding to what others have already covered try updating ur naukri profile everyday. Even if you dont have anything extra to add just add a space somewhere or reword some of the long sentences and save.

I think focusing on optimizing your LinkedIn is the best strategy. What feedback did you get when you had your resume reviewed?

Do check your resume for spelling mistakes, formatting and the number of pages as well.

Did you get your resume reviewed by a professional resume writer or career coach?

Have been through a few rounds of interviews and feel like they have all been great. Last two have been with leaders of various practices and that was supposed to be the end. Now have been asked if I’ll do one more interview with someone in a different specialized practice, and if im interested in that space. Should I take this as a good sign I’ll be offered and they’re trying to place me, or am I being placed on hold while they run down a list of those they liked more and awaiting accepts?

How do I frame risk assurance in a way that makes me valuable for financial analysis type roles? I have no experience with financial modeling, for example. I feel like I can BS about how I understand business processes, but then when it comes to technical knowledge I lean on "I'm a CPA" since the work experience sucks. Thoughts on reporting recruiters on LinkedIn when they ghost you? I’ve had several reach out, hype me for a job, then I’ve done the work to learn about it, the company, etc. Additionally, I’ve talked to either them and/or someone closer to the position. I’m not really looking for a new job but am open. I think it’s unethical to completely ghost after having an applicant go through all of this. Especially if someone is looking.
