Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. TIA.

Day by day I’m just getting less and less interested in my job. I want to do something that excites me and makes me feel like I’m providing value to the company. Everything else about the job is splendid as I’m still WFH (2 years now) and it’s really flexible but I don’t want to just sit all day and work on fixing data problems. I want to make the switch to a new company but I feel like I have to finish a project that’s nowhere near done. Am feeling guilty? Thoughts?

I negotiated a 135k OTE 50/50, and they provided me 75k worth of stock. Is this decent to start off for an SMB AE?

So I started a new job in March and also got pregnant the same month. The new job is at a small firm and they never had a pregnancy so they do not have policies in place. Who do I tell? There’s one head admin person, two named partners one of which is generally MIA. So nervous about it.
