Yes i too faced similar issues, but there are some companies which take employees on 90 days also.
IBM, Accenture, LTI are among them for sure as they offered me.

Trick is to be patient and update your naukri profile and apply for atleast 5-10 jobs and revert on mails with requested details.

Notice period is not an issue to find job. Don't apply for immediate requirements. There are companies who will accept and agree for 90 days notice period. I never felt 90 days notice period while finding a job.


That's a given. Of course. Never leave the job without having a valid offer letter in hand...


If you can afford it then leave your job without serving notice period. Don't give up good opportunities for the sake of notice period. I once did the same and don't regret my decision at all. I could afford to let go of month's salary.

I would say resign first! If u r good you will get a job by the end of 3 months. I had done this in my first company. I was losing offer from good companies because of the notice.

Generally big MNC like TCS hand out offer letter with 3 months notice period. Take that lowball offer, resign and look for better offer once your LWD is close.

Notice period will not be a problem..you will get lots of opportunity..recently I got couple of offers with same notice period.

If u have already tested the waters - as in you are getting job offer but only notice period is stopping you, solution is simple. Put in your papers, start your 3 months notice and update on Linkedin "Serving Notice Period". As a Python Developer, you will have offers to choose from in these 3 months. Most offer will come to you in last 1 month of notice, so dont panic. Reason: most firms hire consultants to recruit and consultants will prioritise/mostly-entertain 1 month's notice only.

When you mention the 3-month notice period, recruiters will ask if it is negotiable. Don’t tell them NO.

Tell them “Yes it is, but I can only confirm this after getting an offer and resigning”. Also, mention “I can only talk with my manager once I receive your offer confirmation”.

Some recruiters will understand your predicament and will proceed further.

I have been offered 29 lakhs CTC from Tech M and in that fixed salary is 25 lakhs. Tech Mahindra is hiring me for Vodafone UK project where they need to migrate there CRM (ORACLE ) and other applications on to cloud. Is it a good move to accept this offer . I have 8.8 years of experience.

What will be approx take home salary for the above mentioned CTC .
Your suggestions/guidance will be highly appreciated.

So in the next 3 years. This same market on cloud - aws , azure , GCP wont be there because most of the project already completed and more freshers will be with experiences of 3 years in cloud will lead to over populated to this cloud market skill ?
