Hi all, I’m currently a year into a role at a top tier firm. Team and WLB are great but growth prospects are unclear and not a sector of long term interest. My manager hasn’t been able to articulate his medium term vision and how my role fits into that and doesn’t seem concerned that I’m overqualified for the support nature of my role. I’m making it to offer stages for other roles offering me over 30% more than I currently earn and with very strong prospects. Am I being to hasty in wanting out?

I left an ACD Copy job in tech for a CD role at another co. I had one direct non-copy report and was set to hire 2 CWs when a hiring freeze then layoffs brought our vision to an end (Sept). I managed 2 freelancers, provided creative direction to them/our team and acted as sole co. writer but wonder if my short 5 1/2 mos as a CD won’t be enough for future CD job consideration. I’m open to Sr CW / ACD roles but unsure how to go for CD roles when I feel like an “almost CD.” Thoughts? TY!

I am very interested in Kellogg’s one year program but my undergrad did not have business classes so I am missing some of the prerequisite classes. Has anyone had experience with this situation? Does anyone know of a way to take these classes part time and still receive credit?

My wife and I are first time home buyers and are struggling to figure out if we should go for a 20% downpayment (which will be kind of a stretch for us) or go for lesser DP, say 15% or 10%. The fact that a less than 20% downpayment attracts additional mortgage insurance (PMI), we are not able to make up our minds whether we'll be better off paying extra money in insurance every month or pulling our means to pay full 20% down.

I joined Deloitte there, it's not allowed to put "relative" as your landlord and claim HRA even though you make rent agreement.

My cibil/Experian score calculation on cred shows an incorrect loan tagged to me, how do get this corrected?

I have been given a personal loan of 2k from idfc first bank without my notice/approval. Although it's a small amount it does get me concerned on how any bank can tag a loan account under my name without my knowledge.
