Hi, what all can we claim and how much can we get as reimbursements every month in Optum? I got salary breakup from optum and it shows a "special allowance" figure same as Flexi. can you please tell what this special allowance is? do we get it every month as part of salary in addition to Flexi or, is it a salary balancing figure?

Currently an experienced hire C at Deloitte, making 120k base. Promotion got denied. TCS CS&I recruiter reached out for a role. I told him my expectations were 170k base and total comp in low to mid 200s. He said that very top band SCs and entry/mid level Ms make that as base. TC wise only Ms go into 200s. I think I can negotiate an M role. Question is, is it worth the switch from Deloitte to TCS? I don't see myself in Consulting long term. Will eventually switch to industry in 3-4 years.

Guys, The "Other Allowances" component in EPAM systems which is part of CTC , gets paid along with the monthly salary(taxable) isnt it , or i will only get that amount for which i submit the proofs ?( Such as telephone allowance , formal attire etc) Pls let me know ? TIA
