Anyone recommend an app to learn guitar?
How is LTI Information Technology in terms of absconding? Please help me I have joined it 7 days back but don't want to be with. I didn't submit or confirmed any pf details yet. Didn't registered anything account related. Recently tagged with project but it didn't get start yet .
I even don't have any asset with me right now,it's in my joining location.
How can I leave this organisation without creating much mess or serving notice period? Please i need your valuable suggestion on urgent basis.

Last week of my notice. I got the following options to choose from -
1. Accenture - 10 fixed + 2 variable
2.FIS - 12 fixed + 2 variable
3. IBM-12 fixed
4. Hashedin by deloitte - 14 fixed + 2 variable
I am Test engineer with 4.5 yrs of experience. Please suggest in terms of work lofe balance , company culture and CTC as well

Honestly nobody knows that, same experts are betting on recession, so they are saying recession is coming, some are saying we are already in recession and others are saying there is recession.
Definitely there is slow down all over world, so don't switch now just to avoid uncertainty and unseen struggle.

Its more like, I am left with no option as the working enviroment has got little toxic and overloaded , so i had to wait for another 6 months, or a year for this recession air to go or move on the same environment.
If recession goes for 20 years will you switch after retirement

I switched from Amdocs just last week, it depends why you want to resign and what other opertunity you are getting
@Author... Many ppl join from tcs to Amdocs(even me too) but don't do the vice versa that too at such begining of ur career just for few bucks(i believe u might have got very Little hike) it just doesn't make any sense
And going from Amdocs to tcs u won't like the culture, hikes in the long run
So i guess look for better opportunity or stay in Amdocs
If we go by current scenario for sure it is not what it was 1 year back even though there is assumption recession is going to hit by next year but still there are companies whose domain is less affected and they are still on hiring spree as officially declared by them include well established mnc and startup. few to name American Express and Pepsico. Even though global outlook is gloom but still india is like ray of hope for investor and vc in these dark time. You might not be able to get 10-15 offers and 200-300 % hike unlike earlier but one thing i can guarantee you can get good 2-3 offers with reasonable hike as i was in similar situation like you.
