I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I interviewed for JPMC Mumbai but process seems but delayed. recieved call from hr discussed CTC and all , but they keen on understanding my travel to office as I live a bit far from office location

Does JPMC rejects for such reasons ? Also how much time does it takes to release offer letter ?

I have below 2 offers.
Optum (grade 27)-32.8lpa (Fixed - 26.2, pf - 1.26, variable - 5.25) + 2lacs JB
JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.
