I've been offered a devops role with 50% support 50% development in 2pm-11pm shift but my background is data engineering.

Can I reject the project? It's over a month since I've joined here so will I be put on the bench if I reject this.

My current ctc is 23.2 lpa, role-SA. I have a offer of 28lpa, role - senior technical architect in which 10% is variable. I have resigned a week before. For which probably I won’t get hike. Should I withdraw and negotiate on hike with current company.
yoe: 8.2. As per my manager for my rating i had 8% hike if I hadn’t resigned.

I switched from Production Support L2 to development after working for 1.5 yrs in tcs after a switch I find work difficult bitbucket,JIRA these all are new it has been a month know though I had technical knowledge but working in project is totally different thing my TL think I have 1.5 exp in dev though during interview it was 0-2exp I clearly mentioned abt my role but later on after I joined had to lie little bit stating I work as L3 as there were again putting me to supp role.
