C4 - Consultant is a senior band, role would be of delivery manager, managing couple of accounts, with multiple project managers reporting to them. Minimum Yoe for this band is 15+, but sometimes exceptional candidates are given this band at 13+ as well. Starting salary would be around 30lpa and can go upto 40lpa Btw, what's your yoe and what ctc have you been offered?

No, you cannot move very quickly to C5. Even at junior bands it takes around 2- 3 years for promotion depending on the current band. For C4 to C5, it would take not less than 4 years. Btw, you can negotiate for C5 with Hr. Its possible at 18yoe.

What would you choose? MBB (Digital practice) or Amazon PMT? MBB comes with FT offer, Amazon PMT will most likely result in return offer. If I go with MBB, I plan to exit to big Tech in 2-3 years. Y1 TC for both will be quite similar (around 230k). Her symptoms have been very mild (just a cough and a runny nose) and she’s been essentially symptom-free for the past 48 hours. However, I had her take a rapid test just now and she is still testing positive. My husband and I both work full time from home and it would be ideal to have her come to work tomorrow. WWYD??
