Hi Ladies!! Trying to get a pulse check/sanity check. I’m current a Business Analyst and have been with the same company for 4 years. The benefits are fabulous (unlimited time off and random mental health days) and have the ability to really work from anywhere. Yet, I’m not that excited about the work I do and make a decent salary, but know my market value is higher if I were to leave. Do I chase the money and get something “new” on my resume? Anyone else looking at owing taxes this year (2020) after getting a refund last year (2019)? For reference, I am now a third year and received my first year bonus in January 2020, as well as a fall bonus in 2020, but had pretty heavy taxes withheld at the time. Just wondering if anything changed? Looking at going +$1,200 for 2019 to -$2,500 all else being equal.

My LWD in CG was in 25th Oct. Before leaving the company i had received all clearances except BU Hr. Before leaving i had several follow up with hr and she said that she will giveclearance on my lwd. But till now they have not givem me clearance. Due to which I still didn't get release letter. I already dropped mail to offboarding team on Monday 31st oct they asked the concerned hr to provide the clearance but there is no reply from her. Anyone has any idea how can I get the clearance?

This year I have given 17 interviews in this year, some of interviews has been cracked till 2 round , most of all got rejected and then other couple of interviews I did followed up 1 - 2 months , I an exhausted while doing this..now the funny part is I cleared 3 rounds of 3 companies in different time intervals ( plz note I am not playing counter- bcz I don't have anything in my end to counter) HR discussion has been done CTC discussed I was happy But now I was told to put on hold...waiting
