I had multiple tests like blood, hormone and PCOD test near by hometown...is it possible to claim for them? If yes, how can I proceed.

Has anyone ever felt so anxious and depressed they couldn’t sleep all night? Body tense and uncontrollable shaking? I woke up in the middle of the night and was pacing back and forth in my room, feeling like I was about to suffocate. I haven’t felt this bad in a LONG time. And it terrified me. What makes me sad is that its really just my negative anxious thoughts that caused it.

Can we add gym membership to get refund or add it to reduce taxable income?

Starting an IVF cycle shortly; and feeling very anxious. My period, which is usually within 25-28 days hasn’t started yet. It is 14 days late (and no, I am not pregnant :). My doctor had me patching 4 estrogen patches everyday for 10 days.
Has anyone else gone through this? Delayed period because of IVF stress? Or delayed period because of estrogen patches?

Sometimes it feels like I can't tell dreams vs memories apart bc my dreams are so vividly realistic but my life memories are fading/slipping due to suppression (not talking about them, not reliving them) and mostly since becoming anti-social after some PTSD events and growing up hyper independent. Most of the time I question if something I "remember" happened in real life, or if it was something from a dream.

Folks with kids - what's your routine for cooking, gym, home chores etc. ? We have a 2.5 year old toddler and we struggle to cook food, drop off our kid in daycare and then cook dinner and find time for working out. I had my HR discussion in Cognizant and they've provided me the compensation details on telephonic conversation. But I haven't received any mail for documents submission. Can anyone tell me what's the exact procedure and how long it normally takes as my Notice period will be over within 3 weeks.

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.

I have 6 YOE. I recently clear interview with cognizant. Before interview i asked hr for 20 LPA package.
But after interview was cleared they offer me 16 LPA package as max budget.
I not sure why do like this?

Even though luckily I have same offer from another company. It's difficult to trust on cognizant hr policy.

Today I had HR discussion wherein my expected CTC was 12.5LPA but HR said they can only give 10LPA including variable..After long discussion I said I'm expecting 11.5LPA atlast then HR said she will get back to me at today EOD..but I didn't receive any updates yet.
Did I miss the offer or HR had to get approval?
Do I need to call and accept whatever they are offering?
But I feel I'm lowballed as I don't have any offer in hand and I'm desperate to get this job..
