Currently, I have 5 years of Global end-to-end IT procurement and PCaaS experience handling clients from 100 plus countries and currently, my CTC is 5LPA. What I always hear is Procurement and PCaaS are rare and most MNC will not have this particular tower. Is that really true and would like to know what is the average pay scale and please let me know if you have any leads

I’m a SE, and been doing it professionally for around 3 years, no college education or anything, im only 21 and I accepted an offer at a company on november 2021, the offer was for a salary of 116,000 plus a 10-15% yearly bonus. Obviously i have all the other benefits like insurance, after browsing fishbowl I found so many other people doing the same job but getting paid in some cases double than me. so, I am being under paid? or maybe are these especial cases of people making a lot?

HR and leadership denied my request for our company’s cell phone reimbursement ($60, but it’s still something) because they came to a conclusion that those who aren’t directors don’t use their phone enough for work purposes to warrant it. So I’m about to delete my work email, Zoom, Slack, etc. from my phone. Guess if they need to get ahold of me, they have to wait until I get on my computer.
