Hi Creatives! mp4 help!

I'm trying to put an animation that is within a mockup on my portfolio site. Animation was created in Adobe XD then placed within a phone mockup in photoshop by using video timeline. Exported as "Render Video" and works perfectly fine when playing. My portfolio is on Squarespace, which doesn't support direct upload of mp4, I attempted to embed the javascript code, which doesn't look great. When adding an mp4 to a site what is the best way that you all have found?

Not a work-based post! I’m relatively young (early 30s) and have become immune to dysport. My injector said it’s incredibly rare and he’s shocked. I never got it that often, maybe every 3-5 months over the last 3 years. I’m so sad! Has anyone experienced this with dysport or botox?

My son flew down the stairs today- he’s almost two and he lost his balance at the top and flew, rolled, and flipped all the way down. It was a nightmare and I thought he was going to snap his neck and die. I missed two meeting because the second it happened, I stayed with him to assess any injuries. My team asked where I was and when I finally knew he was ok, I let them know what happened. There was no compassion- just “ok you need let me know if you’ll miss a meeting.” Wtf! So demoralizing.

How difficult is it to transition between enterprise and consumer facing products as a designer? Context: am currently a couple years into a career in enterprise design and am deciding if I should make the transition into consumer facing now vs. later down the road. Hi guys I recently set up my own thing. And had a small & slightly strange request from a client.

They want a playbook/ manual designing up. They have the copy (2000words) and existing design guidelines. So basically its just putting these elements together.

I was thinking two check ins/ rounds of amends.

As a designer how long do you reckon is fair to scope this for? What would you say in terms of timelines.?

How do you start coming up with layout designs for a campaign you are pitching?
I’m pitching a campaign for a company with already existing brand guidelines, it involves layouts with imagery and copy. We have no resources other than the web. I don’t wanna stray too far from the current guidelines but want to make sure it feels ownable

I’m job hunting and having fairly decent success so far. Made it to the final round for two jobs but lost both. Thinking it can’t hurt to spruce up my resume and cover letter and optimize my LinkedIn profile. Can anyone recommend someone who does this? Not finding great options via Google and looking specifically for ones who are good with creatives.
