I interviewed both at Deloitte India and Deloitte USI. I was selected at Deloitte India but I was rejected at Deloitte USI in the 2nd round. Will this be an issue during the BGV (that I was rejected at Deloitte USI)?

My first company paid in cash 10,000/- per month , I have got payslips stating that I was paid in cash and I got relieving letter and experience letter for that company.
Now I am joining capgemini and it is my third company, will there be any issue in Background check (BGV/BGC) ??

Anyone having idea about this, I heard that capgemini Background check is very tuff.

Please share your thoughts. I am suffering from this for a long time.

Hi fishes. I am a fresher. Need to understand one thing. How does the buy out of notice period work? If an employee has a 90 day np but company decides to shave it to 60. So he will recieve salary for 60days and for the next 30 he won't recieve any salary . Is that correct? Or will the person not receive salary for the 30 days and will also have to pay a salary worth for 30 days.
