All my clients have regulatory and legal experts in house, but I find that sometimes hierarchical politics and upper management can stop them from fully embracing that role. Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.

Do Data Engineers generally get much lesser CTC than Data Scientists and Software Developers at Top Product Based companies?

I am only getting 18.5 LPA (including RSUs) at a Top Product Based Company for 4 YOE, whereas many of my peers are getting 24-30 LPA for my experience level at my company. (some even lesser than me)

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...
