I am dealing with depression and anxiety due to upcoming criminal charges against my father and his partner (im the one pressing charges), a DOR diagnosis (I am single, 33 and AMH of 0.23 with no contributing lifestyle factors), a failed first egg freezing cycle, and fear of losing my job due to being on the bench for nearly 3mos. How is job security at LTI? I heard employee is fired after 90 days on bench directly.
It had also laidoff people in 2017 i guess.

Since I joined kpmg india, I am on bench.
I requested reporting manager to allocate me to some project. He instead, made me backup in an ongoing project with no tagging and continuously asking me to take ownership of ongoing issue. I've no idea of project's background and it appears that he is forcing a task on me.
The team mates are not cooperative as well.
If I send a message, no one replies on time.

Can someone tell me what can I do in this case?

How do I address an issue I have with a coworker? I work for a small company and we have a small team in my department. One of the person keeps asking me to do some of their tasks. I have already taken over a lot of the tasks since I joined (it’s been 2 years). And take over any new tasks out team are assigned along with training new hires.
Today I felt she was disrespectful while talking to me. Saying that I should do a certain task as well. How do I tackle this?

New employer’s parental leave policy is silent on whether you have to return to work for a certain period after the leave in order to avoid having to pay back to leave. Are pay back clauses common?

Hi all! So I got a job with a bank, so I'm currently going through the process of a background check.

They ask for the past 5 years but I'm not sure if it includes 2017 or not? I assume it's from 2018-2022 that they will be looking at. Also, I did work a job up until early 2017, but don't have any records on it besides pay slips (not of every year) and T4. And I worked a job from 2018-2020 that wasn't included on my resume. Should that be listed on my background check?

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
