Had a very unpleasant experience with the entire interview process at Paytm. First of all they kept all three rounds in a single day . It started from the morning and ended up till the final round at late evenings. After all the rounds were cleared, the HR asked for the expected package, and when I gave him my quote which was just 35% more than my current CTC, he got reluctant and said we only have a budget of an X amount which was just 10% more than my current CTC. Who on earth does that..?

I gave interview for hcl this saturday (3rd dec) but still i haven't recieved any response from the HR. Does HCL HR usually take this much time to get back with the results or I am rejected thats why no feedback given .

Is she giving me less as I already have 1 offer of 10 lpa and i told her about the same still she was not ready to give me more than 8.5.

Can someone pls guide me about the relocation parameters within FIS. I work out of India location and applied for IJP for London as my husband is moving there. In parallel my team came back saying they want to retain me and willing to create a position in London but that will involve alot of approvals due to increased cost.
