Delloite: 10.7 lpa ( 9.7 + 1)
Tavant: 14.5 lpa(14 + 0.5 )
Amadeus: 16.5 lpa ( 15+1.5)
Coforge: 18.5 lpa( 17+1.5)

I'm not really interested 1st 2 options as the difference in ctc is big

I'm confused btw amadeus and coforge
Coforge is paying me more but it's a service based company. While amadeus is product based.

Out of the 2 which company is better ( keeping aside the ctc) to join.

I was laid off in May and been on the job hunt for 4 months. Finally received a offer. Then a week later another offer. I was working remotely for the past year & I’m struggling w/ the idea of being onsite. Neither job is on my desired career path, my goal is people operations/HR operations.
Offer 1: Payroll Admin, on-site. 72k, 216 hrs PTO
Offer 2: HR Payroll Admin, Remote. 62.5K + 6k sign on bonus, 70k after 6 months, 144 hrs PTO

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!

I have received an OL from TCS with DOJ 17th and Barclays HR and manager gave me oral conformation about my selection. I submitted all my docs on 13th of June and still waiting for OL and if I get OL by this , Is that possible to join Barclays by 17th.

Is that wise to wait for Barclays as TCS is not extending DOJ further (already did twice In the hope of Barclays)

Almost a month ago, I applied for an AVP position at Barclays Pune through referral (my husband works here). Does Barclays promote/support partners working in the same company, or is it not allowed?
What are the stages of application statuses? Mine shows job status as active (maybe the position is still open) and application status as Completed.
Does this mean my application is rejected for sure?
