I'd say 50-55k a year is decent 1-3 years while 65-75k is decent for 3-5 years (gross figures with comission included in EUR). Of course that depends on other benefits, JDs and how your comission works. That's what we offer in the Nordics at least
I feel like this is pretty accurate for Berlin area as well. I’m US based but spent a few months filling out our Berlin team and usually somewhere in the 60s was our range. Would go lower or higher based on experience, but I feel like most people fell between $60-$69k.
Hey! Here’s the data for France from the most well-know compensation software. The median is around 40k for juniors, around 50k for mid and 60k+ for seniors.

All my friends in recruitment with 4 years experience on 75k -80k + bonus, healthcare pension and some have stock options too. Anyone I know with 6 years plus on triple figures as a base (Ireland salaries in software / tech companies)
I wonder how our TA friends in Europe survive on these lower wages? I suppose it helps that the government covers healthcare and the social system is better than the US but seeing $60K for senior folks doesn't seem logical. I just came back from a 3 week trip all over Europe and it's also faced some inflation with rising costs...
Promise we are doing pretty well 🫣🤭 60K in the Nordics/EU is a decent salary and you will manage although the profession has developed and it is not strange if a senior +5-10 years expecting 70-80K. Guess also the profession and TA is fare more developed in the US in Nordics we still struggling not be coordinators but PARTNERS.
