Hi. Does anyone know which consulting company led / drove / adviced on the Bank of America - Merrill Lynch integration? Thanks.

I think that was Hank Paulson making that decision over a weekend in October 2008. The “bazooka” does not consult anyone. He has a documentary on Netflix. Watch it.

Guys I’m not talking about the deal shaping. I’m talking about the actual post-deal integration

Oh PMI. Idk

I’m former BofA and McKinsey did a ton with us. Not sure if they were involved in that, but that’s part of why they have a Charlotte office and other MBB don’t.

My guess was all or them.

EY... why?? i know we are bad at what we do.

My specific situation: 4 years out of undergrad with Slalom, I like my job/coworkers and am making solid money but am starting to be qualified for interesting/lucrative exit ops. Not trying to grass-is-always-greener myself out of a good thing and I'm in no rush to leave, but how do I know when it's time to take advantage of other opportunities? Would love any advice from older folks!
