Hi, Does anyone who works at @Accenture know about the KTB (krungthai) bank project? From what i have discussed, there is a onshore team and we need to coordinate with them . Want some insight on the work culture, work life balance and learnings, and is it a good project to work with. Would really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance.

I wonder how many people are working on it? It seems like a big project.

I don't know anyone at Accenture but I know that their overall work culture varies from team to team. Is this a new team? Are they contractors or full-time staff? You may be able to find out more if you do some digging on LinkedIn. If there is a third-party contractor involved, you might be able to find some employees on LinkedIn.

As an outside perspective, if you aren't completely tying yourself to something and going down with the ship by associating with it more, it's worth pursuing new projects that are big for the company even if it's a gamble. I've found that to be a good way to move up and gain more importance within the company, maybe skip forward through a promotion if you are able to stand out.
