Hi everybody,
I presented a podcast project for the cultural institution I work for: I would like to keep the intellectual property of the thing after I won't be a part of the institution anymore, but I want to be clear this is something done within/with this cultural institution, for which they put at disposal their network and the technical part.
What is the correct phrasing? Powered by, produced by, supported by...?

Is that an option? I know as part of our offer letter (at EY at least), anything you create while at EY and especially with their resources, is part of EY.

The association is small and doesn't really have the desire of continuing the podcast without me. They already agreed for the intellectual property thing, we just need to find the correct phrasing of the situation

Question: I currently work as an inside sales account manager selling a wide portfolio of IT products. I’ve been recruited for a role that would be an outside sales role selling ONLY a software solution that Im able to sell at my current company (but usually don’t due to other options that we are compensated better off of.) The new role would have some overlap with current customers that I work closely with now (one being a VERY large client.) Would this violate a non-compete/solicitation?

2) if the reco is to max utilization and be staffed during Ramadan, any advice for balancing fasting + long working hours?

Has anyone had a challenging time with scheduling an interview call for an AE role with Gartner? The first time, we scheduled for a day/time and confirmed. When that day/time came, they didn’t call so I messaged them to f/u. They apologized since it didn’t make it into their calendar and the spot was taken although I thought that spot was for me & I waited for the calendar invite despite it not being sent. Rescheduling for the 2nd time wasn’t helpful either even with an invite. Seems strange.
