Hi everyone. An IT company wants to hire me as network proposal specialist. I have more than 10 years working in the networking area but not sure if my salary will increase or decrease in a proposal position. What is the average salary for a network proposal position? Any thoughts?

I had talent specialist who works with a company find me on LinkedIn saying my profile looked like a good fit for an open role. Wouldn’t they have a number of applicants for this? It is a larger company say 1000 people. The conversation with her went really well and I’ve met with the hiring manager and one other person yesterday waiting to hear. But my question is, why would they need to reach out to people who haven’t applied for the role?

I have worked in senior Executive Assistant roles the majority of my career. I have had added job descriptions as I am the queen of taking on more. I got the offer and it’s exactly the same base/bonus as my current role. (Though they’ll also give me so stock options in the private company).

I am currently working as a L3 HR associate partner and is looking to move into a L4 HR partner role but my manager keeps saying I should shadow someone in order to know whether the L4 role is for me.
