Not much info about ESG experiences within the big 4 online but it does seem interesting given the ambiguity around it. Thanks!

I'm switching jobs and considering whether I want to roll over my 401(k). I have about $220k in my plan. Considering rolling it into an existing Fidelity IRA with a balance of about $50k. Since October of 2020, I've paid about $880 in "plan administrative fees" to my 401(k) provider as well as the fund expense ratios. It looks like Fidelity does not charge administrative fees on IRA accounts, so that seems to make it a no brainer, plus the investment options are much broader. What am I missing?

Do you think it would be unprofessional for me to get a buzz cut out of the blue as a 3rd year lawyer? Got a full head of hair and just want to try a buzz, not going bald or anything. But a little worried about looking immature or unprofessional to the fratty partners and clients I work for after having medium/long-ish hair for a guy during my first 3 years of practice. I feel like most lawyers don’t have super short hair unless old or bald… I’m a third year lit attorney.
