Does anyone know what U.S. Bank pay grades look like? I recently got an offer for pay grade 11 at 68k per year for an analyst role but now I’m starting to second guess it. The average on Glassdoor is around $77k but the recruiter said their pay range was $64-68k. I countered for $70k minimum but they came back with $69k. A pension is included and a possible annual bonus of up to 5% but I still can’t shake the feeling that I was lowballed.

So…..my director has been in the position for a little over a year. We’ve been working our tails off and last quarter were informed of no bonuses. I understand that business is down and need to save money. The straw for us was a company holiday party. They completely forgot to have one and now taking us to a bar for drinks and appetizers.
