I joined Deloitte India as DM in September 2021 at 19LPA.
As a new joinee, I wasn't part of mid-year hikes provided by DI in December ( seems fair too!).
BUT can i expect some hike in the year end as per the revised band? I guess it's now 24LPA for DM, Correct me if am wrong.
What % hike can i expect?
