Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any advice on how to transition from an HR Coordinator to a Customer Service role?

Have you spoken with those in charge to transition to that role? That's usually the best place to start so you can determine if they're willing to let you do it. I know sometimes they don't like losing HR personnel because they're more difficult to replace

Hi, thank you for the advice. I am actually considering leaving the company I’m at now.

Hi All, actively seeking for an IT business analyst role in NYC or remote. Master's degree in IT with a product support background trying to make the switch into IT BA. Been on the search since Sept.

Are there any resources that people have used to help them figure out next steps? I 100% know I don’t want to stay in consulting and actually came in knowing I was going to leave after a few years but wasn’t 100% sure exactly what S&O role I wanted in industry. I think my team has been well aware I’m of this mentality because I never go above and beyond hence defn not getting promoted. Would love to learn about any resources that have helped define a career roadmap.

I’m a home infusion nurse previously with CVS looking to get into clinical project management. Have PM skill set, just no experience. Anyone have advice on who’s hiring entry level? Any advice in general? It’s rather competitive out there

After a long career in consulting (and a promising career in front of me), and deciding that i wanted to leave for a specific role in a startup i received today the offer.
Now, i have doubts if i will fit, if the working pace will be even higher or if i will be able to deliver.
How did you cope with the fear of failure? How do you take the risk?

Everyone talks about FAANG and often times it seems like they mean “Google” or maybe fb/amazon. I never hear about Apple. What are consultant exits like there? Anyone know someone who made the jump?

What is the best way to demonstrate proficiency with Python (and other more "real" AI/ML technologies) to help move from an RPA team lead role to one in analytics/AI?

Already have some programming skill, but no professional experience. I have hobbyist experience, and could make a portfolio on github or something. Or I can just list Python in my skills as Intermediate, which is probably a stretch.

RPA is fine and I can easily get a cert or something, but I think ML is better long term.

Need advice:
I have done my graduation in electronics and post that joined core electronics company as engineer. After 4 years decided to go for post graduation and switched to BA. 6 years into IT services and I am currently working as PO. I really want to join product company but I am not getting any response. I don't have any domain expertise but have worked in industries like healthcare, retail etc.
It feels something is missing in my resume. How did you guys land product manager jobs?

Hi Fishes,
I have 4+ years of total experience, started my career in TCS. I have got 700% hike when compared to my salary as a fresher in 2 switches. However I have got only 3/5 rating in all of the 4 appraisal cycles. Sometimes I feel bad about for not getting my work recognised even after putting lot of efforts or due to office politics. But I know there is always a chance to switch company, also my goal is to have my own business instead. Should I work to learn things or work to get rating?

I have 1.3 years of experience as a manufacturing associate in a biopharma company. Looking to expand my domain by applying for research associate positions in process development or QC. Are any of the paralegal exams worth it? Just spent some time looking at the requirements for PACE. I have a bachelors (and masters), neither in paralegal studies, no paralegal cert, but 9 years of experience. About 4 years in T&E and the last 5 in house corporate. Obviously haven’t had issues getting hired without a cert, but working on my development plan for my performance review and thinking about continuing ed. Curious for your thoughts. TIA!

I am working in TCS with an experience of 3.25 yrs. I wanted to know after how much experience is required to get a promotion to ITA?

I just got an offer for a hybrid Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project manager role for a SWD company.

Wonder what I should counter. I have five direct YOE and two indirect.

Base: $145k
Bonus: +10%

It feels a bit low but it’s also more than I make now.
