Hi everyone! First time poster who is feeling a bit lost. I was with an RPO in the sourcing department, which has recently folded. I would love to stay RPO and ideally full cycle, but technically have only about 9 months exp, though I had years of high profile public relations and event planning experience before becoming a stay at home parent 10 years ago. Any recommendations for an RPO that would take a chance on someone like me? Mix of overqualified, but also very under qualified?
There are lots of big and small rpo’s, most I’ve had very average experience with. I think you’d get a better experience in house somewhere.. high demand right now for recruiters. RPO are usually first to go in a down turn. Lots of remote recruiting opportunity out there
Yes, starting to see the layoffs, definitely a little nerve-wracking. Not enough exp yet for the Amazon roles unfortunately. Absolutely not giving up, just trying to find somewhere to land before this recession really kicks in.
PeopleScout is an RPO that I previously worked for and I loved my time there. I would highly recommend them.
I have heard of PeopleScout but haven't dove in. I will definitely check them out today. Great Intel! Thx!
I was a client of Cielo and thought they were a great company. I am fairly certain they are hiring.
I was just on their website and did see a great position open that I may apply to. Thanks so much for sharing that.
Appreciate any and all thoughts. In a tough spot and feeling a bit defeated. Thanks all :)
Does anyone currently work/had anyone worked at K-Force? I have a friend who just received an offer so it may be another option to consider. Seems to be more of an agency though, which I have heard is not great for work/life balance.
