I want technical growth in my career. Currently serving notice period I have a good offer from TCS. In CTS I am working as a manual tester. Many times I approached my manager and supervisor for my technical aspiration from last 3 years but they did not care and assigned me manual testing project I learned automation testing from Udemy and cracked TCS interview for automation tester. Now if I join TCS how to get an automation testing project. Please give me good advise. Tata Consultancy Cognizant

We just got back from selecting to transfer the 4AA in 4 weeks! If it's also helpful, the retrieval was Sept 23, so with doing an FET it'll be 7 weeks from retrieval to transfer day. (I was curious on this).

Good luck! If you have not yet, make sure you check out our Carrot benefits. They have been extremely helpful with additional out-of-pocket expenses.
i have been floored by glassdoor’s fertility coverage. the only thing i’ve had to pay for thus far is parking at the fertility center and eventually the genetic testing. really fantastic.

My issue was pcos with probable male factor.
The egg retrieval process was smooth. I’m taking a vacation before my Fet so will transfer in Dec. also planning on doing the modified natural protocol for the transfer if possible so as to avoid the PIO shots. But timing will probably be a concern.
Yeah! That’s such a big factor. Although my doc is only planning to do the progesterone pills. But the pills do cause me 1 hour of dizziness (I’ve taken them for an iui before) — but as long as it avoids those painful shots I’m all in.
i can add in mine now! really appreciate everyone sharing.
