I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. Has anyone had similar experience?

Seeking Advice: Looking to negotiate a senior role (ED/VP) offer in pharma. Should I put into writing (email) all of the exact $s and language changes, etc. I want in the offer, redline their actual offer (via Tracked Changes), or try to have a live conversation about every change? Or all 3? Other approaches?
Also, how much should I expect to share regarding rationale for every change?

I lost my last job a few weeks before Christmas last year and it took me a long while to find a new one. Ultimately I ended up moving to a new city for a job I was really excited about. However, within the first few weeks I suffered a major medical setback which led to a crippling bout of depression. I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.
