Asking for 75k min for 30+ caseload. How do I push them on it? is even worth it?

I am a career nanny who previously owned and operated her own nanny referral agency in Hawaii for five years...then Covid came along and wiped it right out of business since March 2020. I feel like my entire identity has been taken from me especially with Covid and vaccine mandates. I'm hiring and I've just learned that my HR department is screening candidates by asking them about very specific functions and frameworks.

We don't use Y framework and have no plans to use Y framework in the foreseeable future. I also don't expect candidates to have all functions memorized. How on Earth did they find out about Y framework!? 🙄🫣

I was not getting any suitable job for many years as I was not getting any call after apply. A few months ago I joined a bad company (lowest salary, no facilities, no career growth etc ) on 3rd party payroll and stuck there. I am trying yet applying for job but still not getting call.
