Background - founder of edu startup back in Russia, attracted investments, turned company into profit and sold my share last autumn and move to the US (won GC).
I have bachelors degree (Economics) from a top-tier Russian university + 3 years of experience in Big4(S&O) in Moscow.

I understand that my background is quite unusual for the MBB. What do you think about my chances to get into? Any advice will be highly appreciated!

My assistant of 2 years is making mistakes and I have no hiring/firing power (partner does). But having to babysit her and also the partner and spend time to clean up these mistakes while also getting my job done has become unsustainable. I can’t have a firm talk with her because it’s an empty firmness.
