Hi all , I am in bit of confusion myself . I have got 2 job offer. Company A - x +( 50k var) lpa and company B -( x+1lac) fixed.
I really like company A and want to re-nogotiate with company A to match up with company B.
Now I fear that If i try to re negotiate with company A , are they going to withdraw their offer (have already accepted their offer).
Pls suggest me Is it safe to re negotiate.

Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.


We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.


When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.
