I got shortlisted for an organisation, then comes the package talk with HR. The mere 5yrs experience HR is saying that cannot provide me more than 30% & very strict in following the same in providing hikes.Most of the Indian companies are still no changing to provide normalisation. I recently had my managerial round with CGI. While salary discussion I was told as per company standards they can give 11 lpa. I have 3.5 years of exp as Bigdata Engineer. How much should I expect? Also shall I ask for joining bonus? My np is remaining less than 30 days.

Our baby is due soon so we’ve made the decision that we will only have visits from vaccinated family members (not realizing it would be an issue) only to find out that my Dad will never be getting vaccinated, planned to lie about it AND asked other family members lie to us about his vaccination status too… when we found out and asked him about it, he started to FREAK out.
