Hi everyone! I am recently transitioning from the legal field as a Legal Assistant (5YOE) after deciding to pursue the Project Management route instead of law school. I do have 2 YOE as a PC at a nonprofit, and will have obtained my Google Project Management Certification by the end of this month. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in PM with the ability to work FT. Looking for any referrals for a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager position; it would be greatly appreciated!

I had given Accenture interview on 5th March and on the same day got an email that I cleared the round then salary discussion also happened. But then they didn't release the offer. In the portal status went to " owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature". Also then after multiple followups got an update from HR that they don't have any requirements for the position. Now it's been more than a month what should I do ? Any suggestions would definitely help.

I’m going to begin asking hiring managers what they do during their spare time. Hobbies, passions, anything. If they don’t seem to have a life outside of work….🚩🚩🚩

I started doing QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into the position without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 year experience in QA. When I started I made $65k and it has jumped up to $78k. I have seen other PMs make way more at other companies $100k +. Annual review tomorrow, should I fight to get a big raise or look into other jobs that pay more if not?
