If you work at PwC, I swear the best incentive would be to never have to hear about whatever tool you are pushing, the digital lab or any of that nonsense ever again if you log into your tool. Majority of the firm would log in immediately.
I’m with PwC1 and will add that if you promise never to use the words “incentivize,” “repository,” or “internal initiative” in a non-ironic way again, that would convince most people to sign on immediately. (See how I managed to avoid using “incentivize” in that last sentence? It’s not a real word.)
What are some tangible/ intangible incentives that you think might work? Cliches examples are obviously - iPads and firm swag, maybe dinner with a ppd, a chance to showcase something etc. I am looking for ideas that will help the tool stick and be used by as many people as possible. Think for the tool as a repository, sorry unable to provide additional details on the tool.
I am looking for human behavior clues - what motivates people, incentivizes them to participate etc.
Use more buzzwords. They are very impressive.
