Best life lesson I learned from Deloitte: don’t ever, EVER sign a contract that demands you return the sign on bonus if you leave within a year. I thought to myself, “I would never leave a company within a year”, but I grossly underestimated how much I could hate a job.

Is it reasonable to ask a west coast-based member of the team to work east coast hours / join a standing meeting with the client at 8AM ET? The client is in CT but likes to get an early start to the day.
