I applied to American Express and gave the first round of interview for Analyst - Risk Management and it went really great and was waiting for a positive response from HR. In return it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from her. I tried calling her too but she didn’t picked up.

What shall I do?

Hey all, posting this because I can’t find any specific ranges (all are very wide) but I’m currently in the running for a Cybersecurity analyst role.

I know that cybersecurity is in high demand but I’m curious on what should I expect in terms of salary?

For background: recent grad with “concentration” (minor?) in cybersecurity.
3.80+ GPA and currently have ~2yrs exp in data analytics.

Currently have offer for dev job that’s between 60-75k

Should I continue interview?

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

So couldn’t find a job after getting laid from Deloitte and moving back home after 8 years. Can’t decide if I should continue applying or focus on the gmat? Home country market for jobs is super small

I recently interviewed with VMWare and cleared all rounds. It was via a consulting firm. I got a confirmation that I am selected and HR will contact for offer discussion. However after sometime they called again and told me that HR has told that they will have offer discussion in January. Is it normal?
