Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

I was on a solo tech strategy project last year for 6 months. I reported directly to client exec and only had meetings with his senior direct reports. It kind of started to feel like that.
Setup meetings with your client account leads (CAL or whatever) and your project lead peers, like 30 min every two weeks or once a month or something. Tell them you want to provide updates on how your project is going and potential opportunities. You can collaborate and get a feel of what others are trying to do.
Try to get to know your peers. Chat with your colleagues.
Get a hold of your practice lead and group lead and join their GTM efforts. Ask to join meetings, saying you want to be up to date and maybe you can contribute to collateral.
In all these types of meetings, you will meet peers and get an opportunity to chat on the side. If you end up helping with a pursuit or building some GTM collateral, then you might pair up with a colleague and get more opportunity to know people.
I'm not sure those big travel projects are ever coming back. Even if you are at the client site, you won't have dozens of colleagues in the same building with you to chat with.
Do whatever you have to in order to get what you need.
