At Deloitte i was getting 2 lakhs a month in hand and at Dubai they are paying me 20k per month and some yearly bonus component.

Is this a good decision or am I taking a cut in terms of pay and growth by going to Dubai?

Anyone knows why DI is delaying the onboarding for a bunch of folks selected through campus placement? Some of the hires started their their onboarding in Sept and are well settled in the system and recent update from HR is that for everyone still waiting to get a joining date needs to undergo some training and up skilling program for 12 weeks ( a reduced stipend will be paid along with 1st months salary). I had joined Deloitte India last June, with fixed pay as 15.5 LPA.
I have total 6.8 years of experience, Senior Consultant.


Now I have an offer from Mindtree, with Total CTC of 22 LPA,today is last day to accept the offer.

I know the appraisal is due in Deloitte India, letter will be released on June 26, my coach said my feedback was good, also scatterplot is good.

What should I do? Should I move on and put down papers or wait for appraisal results then search for opportunities.
