Deloitte offered 9 LPA fixed with 10% of VP,later I got another offer from Mindtree of 13 LPA. It is really attractive pay but I personally felt I should go to Deloitte.HR said upto 11.2 LPA as fixed and10% VP only possible and approved. HR kept on telling it's not possible to match 13L but I requested to make it as 12 LPA fixed.I'm not sure she will come back to me saying your request was approved. Hike and benefits are good in Deloitte ? I heard last year there was no salary hike #Azurecloud

Before thinking about what new jobs to pursue it would be best to take a step back and do some reflection on many aspects of the previous job and create an inventory of: 1) liked and didn't like about the job including responsibilities, people, culture, location, etc. 2) what are your values and interests 3) experiences 4)accomplishments 5) skills...taking the time to do this is super important because it will help you to better align yourself. There are many options out there and it can get overwhelming if you don't have the clarity. Hope this helps. Best of luck!

He should look on LinkedIn and type in some of his skills in the “people” search, and see what jobs people with those skills are doing. Maybe something will appeal to him and he can identify whether he needs specific training to fill in additional skills he needs to do the job. He can also type in “dietary supervisor” in LinkedIn (people) and include the former job setting, and that way he can discover what job titles people have gone on to after holding that job.
One month ago, my husband asked me to erase his LinkedIn not to be seen by his co-workers. I persuaded him to enter LinkedIn again. The problem is, LinkedIn is for white collar professionals. Blue collar jobs are not particularly easy to find on LinkedIn. I will try, and see what we can find. Thanks very much.
Does he not want to be a dietary supervisor at all? If he likes the work but hates the setting what about working in schools or an office cafeteria? Would he be able/willing to freelance as a nutritionist?
I'm sorry to hear that. I don't agree with the fighting, but I understand the desire to get away from food. Maybe he can work with a career coach to figure out next steps. They can help translate his skillset into something outside his industry and help him focus on long term goals
I would recommend a state life and health insurance license or p&c. He can study for a few weeks and take the test. Places like State Farm and New York life will pay hourly or a starting salary while he studies. That will get him into an office job.
Hate to say it, but a health care gig he doesn't want while finding a new career is likely best. That takes away from the need to grab/ settle for what comes up quickly
Their company had 28 COVID cases and 11 COVID deaths last year. This year, another 21 new COVID cases, 11 among employees. He left without looking back. Even for a gig, he is going to stay away at any cost from any health environment.
Healthcare sales?
Healthcare SaaS isn’t really health related tbh, and his background would make him good at it
What about the Regulatory and Compliance route? USDA consulting
