Hey I have around 3 years or exp, for 1 year I worked as a freelancer so in total it rounds up to 4. But my company is not considering my freelance experience. I am getting paid 10.5LPA. How much do you think I should get paid ??
Also I was hired to be as React developer. But now all I get is to work on In house build framework and Little javascript.

What's the Salary range for Senior Data Engineer?

Can anyone PLEASE define what Brand work is? In like a sentence? I’m assigned to Brand at an internal agency and it feels like their interpretation of Brand is anything that management doesn’t understand how to intake. I.e I get assigned to random shit & it’s labeled as Brand and I need to know if I’m being taken advantage of/being asked to go outside my role.

I was laid off a couple months ago from my content writer job at a B2B SaaS company. I made 55k. How much variable does KPMG India generally give every year? In my offer letter they have mentioned the target variable and maximum earning potential. Can I assume that on an average one can expect atleast the target variable?

I no longer have access to the Microsoft bowl due to the change in work email address, so I thought I'd see if any Microsoft management (former or current) are in here. I'm looking to confirm that when potentially coming back on at Microsoft, the hiring manager will be able to see my previous connects. I had a great experience at Microsoft, and would like to keep that door open in my mind, though my last connect has what I would call unfair characterizations due to a unique chain of events.

What's the point of asking to write code in an interview, if all we do is search in google or stack over flow. 🤔

Also if i do all paperwork with amdocs and doesnt join will there be any issue for me, i dont intend to do this, but in case cognizant backs off I have to keep a back up offer in hand.

Accenture is giving me package of 9.68 LPA, in which 8 LPA is fixed. What can be my in hand salary? And how much variable pay I can expect in my in hand salary which is given twice a year ?
