Hi fishes, Help me decide which one to go with.
Yoe: 12+
EY GDS: 25 lpa fixed Senior consultant Level 2
Conduent: 34lpa (no variable pay) Senior Manager C08
I'm not sure if EY can match the offer but I'm inclined towards Conduent as they're offering a better role.
Should I go with the big 4 with lower designation or a smaller company with a better role that suits my experience?

I am interviewing currently for a tech/product related role at Bank of America and the recruiter mentioned wanting to draft an offer. I’m guessing they will come back with some figures later this week but I would love to DM someone that could give me insight or knows about BofA pay bands. Better yet if I can send you the link to the job posting and can lookup the level. Need to know what salary I can get away with asking. Bank of America

As long as they’re both at-will companies, there is no recourse in choosing the more lucrative offer or negotiating more. You may burn some bridges at the company you accepted the initial offer from but that’s a personal choice for you to make. With that said, they may make a counter offer if it’s in their range and want to retain you.
