To folks who joined TCS recently or about to join in 2 week,

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?

I am notice period in TCS and I am on bench now since from one week I need early release from TCS can I get early release within 1 month?

My current ctc is 20.3 LPA. And TCS offered 21 LPA. I have told them 4 months back only that my expectation is at least 30% hike. They dragged it a lot and took 4 months of my time for various interview rounds and now they came with this package. So I accepted. It's been 1 month now and I want to reject it now saying that i want the better hike. Is that correct?

I have cleared interview round for TCS, also had compensation discussion with HR on 2nd December but still haven’t received offer letter yet. I did take follow up last week with HR she said that some approval’s are pending. I am bit worried now.
